By purchasing a digital image and/or physical reproduction of an image from Beth Fullelove Photography the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Any digital image on this website (except for product illustrations) and/or physical reproduction of such an image is the copyrighted property of Beth Fullelove Photography under the laws of England and Wales. Beth Fullelove Photography reserves the full rights to use the digital image on our website, to make copies of the image and to sell or distribute it for our own commercial purposes.

Beth Fullelove Photography retains all intellectual property rights in the digital image and/or physical reproduction of an image, including the sole copyright to the image. Any use, under any conditions not specifically allowed for in this agreement, may constitute a violation of our copyright under the laws of England and Wales.

Images sold as physical prints, acrylic prisms, acrylic panels, canvases, framed prints, etc., may not be reproduced or resold without the express permission of Beth Fullelove Photography.

Downloaded digital images are licenced to the Buyer for their personal, non-commercial use only. The Buyer may display the digital image on their personal computers/mobile devices and may print the digital image solely for their personal use. If the Buyer wishes to display the digital image on their personal websites or social media platforms, this is permitted so long as the digital image is unaltered and includes a direct link or attribution to Beth Fullelove Photography.

The Buyer shall not re-sell, sub-licence or redistribute the digital image. The Buyer shall not use the digital image in any commercial manner. The Buyer shall not alter the digital image in any way and shall not falsely represent that they are the original creator of the digital image and/or physical reproduction of an image.

Use of all digital images and/or physical reproduction of an image for commercial or editorial purposes are strictly forbidden, unless separate terms and conditions for such use have been separately agreed with Beth Fullelove Photography. Commercial or editorial enquires can be submitted via the Contact form.

Beth Fullelove Photography warrants that, as the Seller, they are entitled to grant the use of the digital images contained on this website. The Buyers rights are protected in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action may be instituted. The Buyer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any action or for the enforcement of this Agreement.
